They seem to be lacking in staff management, I saw a lot of staff a lot of standing around in groups not knowing really what to do or were given any type of direction. The casino is full with smoke so be ready for not breathing to easily for non-smokers before you get to the theater. I had to say that the theater is situated way back in the casino and staff was not very nice when asking how to get there. I recently got to go there for the first time to see Marc Anthony. I would have to say this was a fantastic venue for any performance.
